Strong market knowledge and relationships that span complex, evolving Central Nervous System (CNS) markets with years of experience in autoimmune disorders, rare disease, and movement and neurodegenerative (ND) disorders.
Quad4Strategy LLC was founded by Tom Gawlick in 2020. Quad4Strategy looks to partner with clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries to develop commercial strategy throughout product lifecycle and to enhance operational execution in the marketplace. Quad4Strategy will leverage breadth and depth of commercial experience in CNS and neurodegenerative disease to provide clients strategic and operational commercial support from phase 1 and early development, through launch and late lifecycle. In this manner, Quad4Strategy will meet the unique project need of the client, serving in either a strategic development and planning role or serving as another operational hand on the product team. Quad4Strategy LLC brings forward experiences spread across all aspects of the marketing mix and across all functions involved in commercial planning.
As needed, Quad4Strategy will collaborate with additional partners to deliver on client’s business objectives. We can contract directly or create contacts for indirect relationship with key vendors, regulatory experts, executive experience and key disease state thought leaders. Quad4Strategy will coordinate any necessary resources needed to meet client expectations.
